Marine Arena 2: Deathwatch Deathmatch - Kill Team Tournament

Rolling Zeros presents a special Kill Team tournament on 6th December 2025 at Arcanist’s Tavern in Shoreditch. This will be a 20-player, three-round, DEATHWATCH ONLY singles event.

This event will feature special ‘operative permadeath’ rules - meaning that operatives which are incapacitated will NOT be available to select for future rounds (except under special pre-defined circumstances). Players will be given the means to track operative selection and incapacitation across the three rounds, along with other metrics for award purposes.

Tournament Rules & Requirements

For this tournament: 

  • Players may ONLY register and play as the DEATHWATCH kill team, and MUST be able to field a 10 operative roster featuring ONLY 2 Gravis operatives.

  • There are NO painting requirements for this event

  • Approved Operations 2025 Tac Ops and Missions will be used and all players will play the same mission each round (provided on the day).

  • Gallowdark, Volkus & Tomb World killzones and maps will be used

  • All participants will play in a three-round Swiss tournament. Game rounds will be 1 hour 45 minutes. Pairings and placings will be determined as below:

    • Pairings: Tournament Points = Victory Points = Random

    • Placings: Tournament Points = Primary Op VP = Total Victory Points

  • Ticket holding players will be invited to register for the event on the Best Coast Pairings app (BCP) or web portal no later than a week before the event.

Venue doors open at 10:00 am sharp. Due to licensing, only Tournament Organizers may be permitted entry before 10:00 am.

1 - Refunds Cancellations: If you can no longer attend a session and would like to refund a ticket, please contact us directly via Universe to request a cancellation. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hrs of an event. This is because this does not provide us enough time to resell tickets, and can lead to tables being rescheduled or closed due to low attendance.

2 - Code of Conduct: We expect all players to read and abide by our Code of Conduct at all times. This can be found here: https://arcaniststavern.uk/safety. Any breach of our code of conduct will lead to a cautioning or permanent ban from the venue. 

3 - Lateness: For all TTRPG events, we suggest arriving half an hour before the ticketed start time. If you arrive more than half an hour later than the ticketed start time, you will not be able to attend the session and may not be refunded. Most of our ticketed events begin at 6:30PM promptly.

4 - Outside Food: Please note that we are an independent business, and do not allow outside food or drink to be consumed on the premises.

5 - Animals: Please note that we do not allow animals to attend any of our ticketed events, partnered or otherwise. This is due to sensory, allergy and trigger issues.

    A fantastic horror experience. Well paced, well-performed, and well done all round. The DM's detailed historical knowledge added an especially notable level of immersion by helping us get situated in the details of the time period.
