1 - Refunds Cancellations: If you can no longer attend a session and would like to refund a ticket, please contact us directly via Universe to request a cancellation. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hrs of an event. 3 - Lateness: For all TTRPG events, we suggest arriving half an hour before the ticketed start time. If you arrive more than half an hour later than the ticketed start time, you will not be able to attend the session and may not be refunded. Most of our ticketed events begin at 6:30PM promptly.
4 - Outside Food: Please note that we are an independent business, and do not allow outside food or drink to be consumed on the premises.
5 - Animals: Please note that we do not allow animals to attend any of our ticketed events, partnered or otherwise. This is due to sensory, allergy and trigger issues.
