One of our veteran game masters will guide you through character
creation and all the essential rules, before leading you into your
first adventure.
What is Daggerheart?
Daggerheart is a fantasy tabletop roleplaying game of brave
heroics and vibrant worlds collaboratively built with your gaming
group. The ebbs and flows of Hope and Fear shape the story, while
the card system brings your characters’ backgrounds and
capabilities to life with dynamic illustrations. With a focus on
narrative and character-driven stories, Daggerheart encourages
every player to be a storyteller.
What do I need to bring?
The only thing you need is a standard set of D20 dice! If you don't have one, we are happy to provide a set for the evening.
Arrival and Start Time
When you arrive, please head to the bar in the Apothecary to check in. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ticketed start time to give you enough time to order drinks and settle in!
Please note, all sessions begin at 6:30 promptly. if you after this time, games may have already begun and there is no guarantee that we will be able to seat you at a table.

Code of Conduct: We expect all players to read and abide by our Code of Conduct at all times. This can be found here: https://arcaniststavern.uk/safety. Any breach of our code of conduct will lead to a cautioning or permanent ban from the venue.
Lateness: All sessions begin at 6:30PM promptly. If you arrive after this time we may not be able to guide you to your table. In these instances you will not be refunded. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the ticketed start time for the best experience.
Outside Food: We are an independent business, and do not allow outside food or drink to be consumed on the premises.
Animals: We do not allow animals to attend any of our ticketed events, partnered or otherwise. This is due to sensory, allergy and trigger issues.
